He was patient, kind, and didn’t try to sugarcoat things. He jumped through hoops and went the extra mile to ensure that I was able to purchase the car that I wanted at a price I could afford (per month). He took the time to go over everything and made sure I was comfortable with my car before leaving. This was such a great car buying experience! More

Made buying a car a pleasure We arrived at University Mazda to look at a pre-owned car. Ken, the salesman we met, brought the car out; and being a two place car the salesman let u We arrived at University Mazda to look at a pre-owned car. Ken, the salesman we met, brought the car out; and being a two place car the salesman let us take it out on our own for a test drive. When we brought it back we discussed the car with no pressure from Ken to buy. He had a wealth of info about this car as well as previous and later models which gave us confidence in him and the dealership. We negotiated a price to our satisfaction and Ken introduced us to Scott, the financial manager. Like Ken, Scott was very friendly and easily stepped us through the paperwork, including a couple of special requests we made. When finished, Ken brought the car around after having it cleaned a final time. It even had a full tank of gas! We left with a fine car and a couple of enjoyable hours with delightful people. More

Very special mention of: Sales (Alex): His approach and demeanor was solely responsible for my decision to lease from Univ Mazda vs going back to Lee Johnston Dealership. That said, I am not pleased w/your Service Dept. Experience, so far, was harried and not as customer-centric as the Sales and Finance interaction. Altho' ultimately my responsibility: I believe my personal Change-holder was pilfered. Again, it was my fault for leaving change in car; however, I am in my 60's and I have NEVER, EVER had this disappointing experience associated w/personal property. My only objective here is: To provide Univ Mazda the oppty to be aware. I believe I will be able to patronize other Mazda dealerships for ongoing Svc, which I will do after your Svc organization completes upcoming window tinting process. Thank you. More
