Great customer service from Dave Marsteller. I had a 7 am appointment to have CarPlay installed in my Mazda. Dave graciously allowed me to check in at 6:45 and had a loaner car waiting so that I I had a 7 am appointment to have CarPlay installed in my Mazda. Dave graciously allowed me to check in at 6:45 and had a loaner car waiting so that I could get to a 7:30 meeting downtown. The work was done and the car was washed and waiting for me within 2 hours. The work is always done right at U Mazda and it never costs more than the quoted price. More
