Always greeted by a smile and kind attitude, not being rushed, willingness to provide a loaner car when I make a service appointment, thorough work - all add up to a superior experience. More
It was good overall. The Mazda site makes it easy to make an appointment and to be specific about what service is desired. You can wait or request a car. David Marsteller was really good about calling and asking if I wanted the team to replace a filter or any other thing. I did have them replace a tire that had a nail lodged in the sidewall. I received the aproximate amount of the cost of service before it was all done. My wait was about 1.5 hrs which I used to do some work and to make a “to do” list for the next week. More

Serious problem, quickly resolved 2017 M3 HB 2.5 Windshield Wipers stopped working. Replaced BCM Returned the loaner in 5 hours.
