Service oriented to a "T" Matt Hume went the distance getting my Mazda3 repaired at no cost to myself for an issue that was out of the warranty period. Oil change. I needed an oil change. Mazda not only did that but also checked my tires, brakes, and battery. They did a full circle inspection. I trust them not I needed an oil change.
