Vendor Flooded my Engine I had body work done to my RX8 when I got the car back I found out they flooded the Engine after I had told them several times how to prevent this. To I had body work done to my RX8 when I got the car back I found out they flooded the Engine after I had told them several times how to prevent this. Towed my car to Mazda and was taken care of. I have had the BEST customer service at this dealership. Because of this I will be a life long Mazda Driver. In the future I plan on buying a 2002 RX7 sprit Edition (hopefully I can find and afford one) I have full trust in University of Mazda to service it. More

It's also nice to have the service guys greet you by name when I come in for a service appointment. Between family cars and business cars, my wife and I have purchased 8 cars from these guys and also referred many friends to this dealership. I think all of this speaks volumes to the quality of this dealership and to the quality of Mazdas as well. More

60,000 mile service. Done well and on time. Matt outlined the work to be done and the time it would take. That allowed me to arrange the rest of my day to suit my other goals.
