I took my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon into the dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. I was greeted by a gentleman named Rick and another named James - I was greeted by Ric dealership for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. They took a quick look under the hood, and Rick James both thought they could have my problem fixed during the routine oil change. I waited in a comfortable waiting room and got to watch Night at the Museum 2 - The Smithsonian, and it was the shizzle. The oil change was done to perfection, and my flux capacitor belt was adjusted to take care of my noise - GREAT service guys! The service manager, Mr. Jamison King, also chatted with me and the next time I need service on my 1987 Cutty I'll be coming back to Lee Munroe's Pinetree Buick/GMC/Pontiac/Olds/Hummer/SAAB/Chevy/Geo/Cadillac/Saturn. I took my car in for a regular oil change and asked Mr. King about a problem I have had with the motor racing when it is first started and would not go back down to normal idle. I had a terrible experience over the phone with Lee Munroe at at Pinetree Buick GMC. I was at another Dealership in SC and I was price shopping. I saw this dealership had a similar vehicle for sale s Munroe at at Pinetree Buick GMC. I was at another Dealership in SC and I was price shopping. I saw this dealership had a similar vehicle for sale so I called. I ended up speaking with Lee Munroe who was no help at all as I was asking questions about a 2011 black enclave. His suggestion was that I simply buy the vehicle I was looking at. he would not tell me about any availability or pricing. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I just wanted to send you a note telling you how happy and impressed I was with my recent visit to your new Buick GMC Dealership. I am very happy with the work that was done (and I am pretty picky). You could see that the mechanic that put the rims on was very careful. No minor scratches were found after installation as well as the balance weights were carefully installed. Tom and Jamie took great care of me and I look forward to bringing the truck back to you guys for any service needs I may have. Although it took 6 different trips to different dealerships (I can tell you that I definitely will drive the extra distance to not go back to see the service manager at Hennessey GMC in Morrow near South Lake Mall), once I got to Tom and Jamie the ball started rolling and before I knew it the truck was fixed. Tom was very hospitable allowing me some garage space to help me protect the new rims. Thank again for the great service and with guys like Tom and Jamie on your team I’m sure you guys will do very well. More
