I took my 2013 Ford Explorer in for an anti-freeze leak and had Lee Sapp mechanics replace the water pump and the entire timing chain,gears and other associated parts needing to be replaced while replacing and had Lee Sapp mechanics replace the water pump and the entire timing chain,gears and other associated parts needing to be replaced while replacing the water pump. I was not pleased with the work done and they were able to fix the defects I reported but then an oil leak began even though my car never leaked oil for over 13 years. The problem was found to be a worn seal on the timing cover so they repaired it at no charge and gave the car back. Unfortunately that didn’t fix the leak, so they replaced the seal and crank pulley and that fixed the issue of having engine oil leaks. Again the dealer picked up the cost of the repair. So all in all, I have no complaints now other than it was a long time getting everything fixed and fixed right! Thanks to Lee Sapp as they did what needed to be done to make my vehicle a dependable car and addressed my concerns and problems! More

Our daughter's car is no longer running and it wasn't having issues before it got the water in it. She got to drive it until yesterday when oil started leaking everywhere and we think it's still from the having issues before it got the water in it. Now we have to tow it and probably look into a new vehicle not sure it can be repaired this time More
