We have a 2018 F-150 Diesel, after having the 10 speed trans replace by Certified Transmission at 175000, within 125 miles a knock developed, not knowing if it was a injector or what so we took it to Lee trans replace by Certified Transmission at 175000, within 125 miles a knock developed, not knowing if it was a injector or what so we took it to Lee Sapp Ford, Their lead tech (Christian) diagnosed and found the flex plate was installed incorrect, and causing the knock, While the dealership had the cab lifted we also had timing belt changed also. Of all the ford dealerships in the Omaha area Lee Sapp’s were the only ford dealer that had the tools and knowledge to change the timing belt on the 3.0 liter Diesel Fantastic service as always. Lee's is our go to for all of our vehicles. Whether for simple preventative care like oil changes and tire rotations to a complete overhaul of the brakes, they have been thorough and timely. On a couple of occasions while servicing the vehicle they've found some things that could have been quite costly down the road. We also know they will be fair in their pricing and only fix the items needing fixed without a bunch of extra charges. More
