I had two issues with my Sierra. Dealership said should take about 7 days. Took 15 days and when I picked up the truck the same two issues still existed when I pulled out the garag Dealership said should take about 7 days. Took 15 days and when I picked up the truck the same two issues still existed when I pulled out the garage. I was told 3 times the truck was in the shop being worked on but only 3rd time was true. Took truck back with same two issues and told it would be diagnoticed in 48-72 hours. Took 8-9 days. Told parts would be available in 1-2 days. Took 4 days. 3 days later truck was available and appears to be fixed. In total the dealership had my truck for 33 days total on two visits. They actually worked on it for 6-7 hours total time on both visits combined.. There is no need to hold my truck while you know it will not be looked at for a week or more. More

Made appointments for service. Dropped my car off and received no communication. I had to call for updated.
