Hi William, I am contacting you as requested. To be honest, I have already topped off the washier resevoir, and I checked the fluids. I did this when I returned from the dealership because the low washier light came on. I did not want to return to the dealership (with this matter) because that would have made things worse. In other words, if you were the person whose job it is to ensure the fluids were topped off (the worlds easiest position), and it wasn't done, then there is no telling how that task would have been performed.
