I had my truck serviced for oil change and tire rotation, that part was done in a reasonable time. But once again my truck was returned to me with hand prints on my door and hood. I was told back in January that part was done in a reasonable time. But once again my truck was returned to me with hand prints on my door and hood. I was told back in January that this would not happen again. I guess the management does not hold true to his word! I'm sure that if you are reading this that you will agree that we all pay good money for our vehicles and not to have them returned from service department with hand prints or anything else that was not on the vehicle when it went in for service. I will NOT be going back to legacy Chevrolet service again, twice is enough. Words of advice, if don't want hand prints left on your vehicle then don't take it to legacy Chevrolet service. More
