I bought my F-150 from Legacy Ford and had it recalled. I was pleased to find out that their Mobile technician could come to my home and make the repairs. He made the repairs, and a couple of days later, a I was pleased to find out that their Mobile technician could come to my home and make the repairs. He made the repairs, and a couple of days later, an engine warning light came on. The technician gave me his business card with a direct line, and I called him to tell him about the new problem. He said he would be back home in about an hour. After spending about an hour working on the issue, he fixed it! Great job Mobile service I highly recommend them. More

My husband and I recently bought a 2024 Bronco from Legacy Ford in Rosenberg, Texas and really love the staff there. They were so accommodating and willing to go that extra mile to ensure that we were Legacy Ford in Rosenberg, Texas and really love the staff there. TJ, our salesman and Aaron the manager were so helpful and informative about different accessories we wanted for our new Bronco. We have big dogs and we were looking for an accessory for the cargo area that would protect the seats from them. Aaron was so helpful and informative on what would better suit our needs. We are truly pleased with the customer service and whole car buying experience we got at Legacy Ford. We will be returning to Legacy Ford to purchase our next new vehicle when the time comes. So many helpful employees to shout out besides Aaron and TJ such as Jesse in accessories and Joe another salesman who was kind enough to help us troubleshoot tow hooks (we got a Bronco Sport and tow hooks do not come standard) and where we could go to get the modifications done to our bumper. More

I can't believe that they would list a car multiple places online for 46400 and yet want to charge me 48890 when I offer to pay full asking price. Just not right. Not one number I have gotten back from any dealership has done that. The advertised price was the actual price. I am disappointed as I really did want it. At 46400 as advertised not 48890. Also the % to be paid for excellent credit before I said yes and after changed almost 3% and a must buy 3 year warranty was added to get the rate I was quoted before saying yes . Just seems shady as well. I don't get it. Shoot people straight and quit wasting people's time. I lost another car I liked wasting 3 days of time on this deal. This Ford Dealership's Legacy is Dishonesty I had agreed on a price for a used Ford Bronco with a salesperson by phone/text. The salesperson claimed to be away and would confirm the next morning. He then claimed that his manager insisted on a higher price. Reluctantly, I agreed to the higher price. Then, the salesperson said someone at the dealership just "paid a deposit" on the same Bronco. I get it. Broncos are hot right now. But that doesn't justify deceit. Go to a reputable Ford dealer and don't waste your time here like I did. More
