The personal was friendly helpful knowledgeable they had great selection of inventory that is the positive side of the dealership . The negative side is they have a $199.00 dollar charge on all vehicles sol great selection of inventory that is the positive side of the dealership . The negative side is they have a $199.00 dollar charge on all vehicles sold and can not take it off the deal saying it is a 2500.00 dollar pay to the customer if there new vehicle is stolen and that is a rip off !!! The girls that I spoke to took over my issue lightning fast. They were courteous and professional. I was in the pleasant waiting area for approximately 1.5 hours before the recall on the Takata airbags we fast. They were courteous and professional. I was in the pleasant waiting area for approximately 1.5 hours before the recall on the Takata airbags were replaced on my 2011 GMC Sierra. I will continue to use Legacy for my future repairs. More
