We had a very pleasant experience at Legacy GMC of Laurel, MS. Tyler was very helpful. Brooke was extra knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of it's newfangled tech. I was blown away about how professional Ms. Andy Reed and Mrs. Stacey Abercrombie was. Not no one has shown me a truck and knew everything about it like Ms. Andy! Before I say anything I want you to know that I love my truck, and I’m looking to get rid of it, but when comes to getting it fixed you run and throw the blame on gmc. I didn’t buy these trucks from gmc I bought them from you. I have one (75 thousand dollars) that sounds like machine gun going down the road. I brought this up to the salesman the day I drove it. His reply was ( don’t worry about it it’s under warranty) I’ve brought it up to service numerous of times and the answer( That’s the way these tires sound) roaring I understand and I was told this before I bought it, but noise I hear doesn’t have anything do with the roar. Sounds like a defect in the spicing of the tire, but it’s annoying, so annoying I hate driving it, and when I it take to you to get it fixed all I get is excuses. The other one (55 thousand dollars)transmission goes out and when this happened it caused the engine to overheat. No one seemed care about the engine overheating and stuck a new transmission it. Now we got the truck in service with the engine shattered all over the place patching on it. This along with the other is totally unacceptable, and I have yet talked to the right person that’s going to get things right, and Im tried of hearing what gm is going to do. On top of that my son’s truck requires him the use of a truck and they shove in a car knowingly. If these problems are not addressed accordingly it will force me to take a stand. I have been patient and com with everyone, and haven’t said a word with anger, but that approach has felled. Your response in the matter will be deeply appreciated. More
