Was told had 3 years of OnStar incl but it’s only 3 months. Was told rewards would take 24 hrs to see rewards from purchase in app. Several days later rewards arnt showing. I purchased a used vehicle. They said they would fill it with fuel and have it detailed. They filled it with fuel. I went to pick it up the next day and it would not crank and i They said they would fill it with fuel and have it detailed. They filled it with fuel. I went to pick it up the next day and it would not crank and it had not been detailed. Every thing I pointed out that was not cleaned, they told me ,"they don't touch that." It would have been better if they would have just wiped out the floor, which they did, and not mentioned a detail. The dead battery was due to someone leaving the lights on, per the general manager.
