They failed to deliver the car I purchased on my first visit. I was then offered a replacement vehicle. I accepted the replacement on the condition the all weather mats were to be included. The replacemen visit. I was then offered a replacement vehicle. I accepted the replacement on the condition the all weather mats were to be included. The replacement vehicle then showed up with pin stripes that were not supposed to be on there and no all weather mats. The vehicle was also not clean and the paint protection coating that was included in my purchase price was not on the car. I refused delivery and left the car with the dealership. This took place over the course of a week. They also cancelled my license plate and did not inform me of this. This could have been a big deal if we didn't catch it. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. More

I’m generally hesitant when it comes to dealerships but this was a good experience. I scheduled service. Vincent greeted me when I got there, took my contact info and I was out the door. Car was timely ser this was a good experience. I scheduled service. Vincent greeted me when I got there, took my contact info and I was out the door. Car was timely serviced and Vincent texted when it was ready. Pickup was as easy as drop off. I’ll definitely be bringing my car to Legacy Westbank GMC in the future. More
