Overall negative experience. After leaving the dealership, the vehicle I purchased needed an oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection, and a new fog light. After being scheduled with service and told I would have a loaner vehicle, service told me they don't have any. Luckily, Chelsea found one for me. What should have taken 1 hour took 2 days. The manager Cody tried to make things right but ultimately fell short. Lack of communication across the entire lot. I hope this was a one time thing, but I don't plan on returning to find out. More
