I brought my GMC Sierra in for a Oil change and tire rotation, also my navigation was not accurate at all when using it. Lauren said they had a update, which took about 3 hours to perform. This is been the worse service I ever had with Legacy Westbank. Y’all are taking appointments and not telling people it will be 48hours until your vehicle will be looked at. This is by far the worse service ever. Why don’t y’all let people know ahead time the situation , we can’t look at your vehicle for 48 hours and no tellkng how long after that will we know what’s wrong with your vehicle. More

The manager Lauren was great. She returned all my calls, communicated throughout the whole process and had my car back to my in less time than she quoted me.
