I have been pleased dealing with Legacy for service and for new car purchases every since they took over the Buick/GMC Dealership in Harvey, LA. They changed my oil fast. That's the only reason for the 5. Otherwise it was 2.5 There was only 1 thing I found to be unprofessional was the staff at the desk. When I was waiting there was an older woman wanting to speak to a manager/ supervisor. The desk clerk called someone with a customer standing in front of her asking 'where are you at, well there's someone here that needs to talk to you' when she hung up she looked at a coworker and says 'he said I didn't realize I worked for you' I just thought she was extremely unprofessional with that incident. Then when the manager/supervisor got there he was very annoyed that he had to deal with that customer. I just think the customer service could be better. More
