My experience with the service department was very disappointing. Getting a loaner/rental vehicle was an unnecessary hassle, and the dealership kept my Tahoe far longer than expected. To make matters disappointing. Getting a loaner/rental vehicle was an unnecessary hassle, and the dealership kept my Tahoe far longer than expected. To make matters worse, the vehicle was returned with the original issues still present—specifically, the turning noise after starting was not resolved, and the mirror memory/actuator issue was completely unaddressed. I expect better quality control and communication for this level of service. More
