I sat for 3 hours for my rim to be put on my tire and my tire put on my vehicle. I think it had something to do with not purchasing a vehicle. Lauren was really helpful with the pricing, appointment setting and getting the vehicle checked in. I was there for a few hours but was having 3 different things done so to be expected! They tried to do everything that they could even though they could not fix the problem. It wasn't their fault CarMax is the place we bought it from and we got a extended warranty. And the extended warranty they could not fix the problem. It wasn't their fault CarMax is the place we bought it from and we got a extended warranty.
