Just OK The best part was it was faster than others. We got there at 7 and left by 9 and with a vehicle. Alex was overall doing what he was hired to do. He was nice and got answers when he didn’t have them. He will do well if he keeps going. There was some bad to the process. When we arrived...there was no one around. We walked the lot then went inside. Still no one acknowledged us. I walked into what looked like the staff area where I saw one guy at the printer and another on his cell phone. I had to ask, “Is there anyone available to help us.” The gentleman at the printer answered and directed me to the guy that was on his cell phone. I don’t normally appreciate cell phoners when they should be looking for people to help. He was on his cell phone and I had to disturb his notification check in time. He politely put his phone down and proceeded to help us. Overall, he apologized and did a very good job. I think Alex could go far if he pays attention to the real people that are on the lot. By luck he was able to complete our deal. I really was looking for someone who was there to hustle. Not just fall into someone’s hands. But Alex proved to be nice and accommodating when he was not on his phone. This office should have people on the look out for customers who want to buy vehicles. I almost walked next door. Overall we were happy because it was a fast transaction and we got a car. More
