My fiancé and I had no intentions with purchasing our Escalade the day we came in. We were honestly just looking around till we saw the car we’ve been looking at for awhile right when we pulled me. I’ve always heard bad reviews about this place but decided to take the chance. We were greeted by Ray and showed us around. He informed us about the sale that was going on. He also managed to show us the Escalade. Without him the car would’ve been at their sales event I’m Southcenter. Liz helped us out with the paperwork, test drive, and all the info as far as money down and what not. She gave us the best deal she could and we appreciate that. Thank you to Jordan our finance person who helped us finalize the paperwork. Really nice person and made our part easier.
