Very pleasant experience, no pressure sales! Looked at a vehicle online from L. V. Acura and as expected a salesman texted me and asked if I wanted to see the vehicle, I said that I was looking Looked at a vehicle online from L. V. Acura and as expected a salesman texted me and asked if I wanted to see the vehicle, I said that I was looking at several other vehicles and didn’t want to see it right now. The salesman ( Andy) said he understood and to let him know if I needed anything. Several days later Andy texted me and just asked if was was still interested. Other Dealerships were contacting me several times a day which was very annoying, so I decided to at least look at the vehicle at L. V. Acura because they weren’t very pushy. Upon arrival Andy had the vehicle ready for me to look at and take for a ride. After the drive we just talked about what I liked and didn’t like and they were very receptive to working with me! I bought the vehicle because Andy and his Sales Manager were a pleasure to work with! More

The experience I had at LV Acura was top notch. Bri was exceptional and what she does. I have dealt with many service departments and they are nowhere near what LV Acura is. Chelsie is awesome. Your service techs however need some help, they need to look at the vehicles not just carry over what was on previous reports. I put a new engine in Your service techs however need some help, they need to look at the vehicles not just carry over what was on previous reports. I put a new engine in my vehicle and took it in for inspection & oil change and was told via video from the tech that my car needed a new engine. It did prior to this visit but I got that taken care of. The previous report also said I needed the rear wiper which I also took care of. They really should and need to thoroughly inspect the vehicles before giving their report. More
