I was doing a lot of searching for my next vehicle - I knew it was going to be an RDX A-Spec, Volvo XC-60 R-Design, or a Lexus NX 300 F-Sport. The fact that I still own a 2007 Acura TSX with 180k+ miles that only needed the stater replaced in that entire time swayed me toward Acura over the other options. I did all my research online and came across the listing for my vehicle on CarGurus. Lehigh Valley Acura had the exactly what I wanted and from the first time I call and spoke with Ron Wood, I could tell the experience was going to be great. Ron asked what I was looking for and when I gave him the exact model, he knew exactly what I was looking for, verified that it was still on the lot, and called me back. We got an appointment scheduled for a few days out - but I was looking forward to seeing the car and ended up going in the next day. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked for Ron, who came out and was instantaneously helpful - but not pushy (like most other sales reps are). He got me set up on a test drive and I instantly fell in love with the car. After returning, we ran the numbers and I honestly didn't even need to negotiate because it was the best priced Certified Pre-Owned A-Spec within 100 miles and an extremely fair deal. I took delivery of the vehicle a few days after that and when I did another sweep over the vehicle; I found a couple (extremely minor and manageable) imperfections before signing all the paperwork, pointed them out to Ron, and he got everything set up to have the issues taken care of without any hesitation. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Ron, Lehigh Valley Acura, and my new RDX A-Spec! More
