Well my experience started out pretty bad with the first Sales Staff I dealt with last week. Without going into anymore detail regarding that. I had a costly issue with my vehicle that was out of warranty and was uncertain what my next step would be. Mustafa and the service team were able to suggest ideas they would follow through with inde warranty and was uncertain what my next step would be. When it was all said and done, Acura paid for 80% of the repair despite the vehicle being out of warranty. i have recommended several folks to Lehigh Valley Acura to purchase their vehicles because they and Acura stand behind their product.
