Thank you for your feedback. Our service manager should be reaching out to you shortly. To the best of my knowledge, we had recommended tires and air/cabin filters and wipers. The tires were over $1700 of the $2K. The brake concern we could not duplicate to be able to diagnose.

We apologize for the inconvenience the broken side mirror has caused. Due to it being held together with tape and not fully functional at this point in time, the technician can not allow it to pass inspection in current conditions. This damage was provided via video and does not meet PA state inspection standards.
