Over the years, I’ve bought 5 Acuras from Lehigh Valley Acura. Always got a fair price and they have an excellent service Department. Have owned Lexus and Infiniti cars. Brought car over for service, was met with staff that really didn’t want help their customers. Acted like I was doing them a favor for bringing the car over for service. The service department needed to order a part, and someone else was going to contact me once the part arrived. I was never contacted and had to call in several days later to inquire about status. Turns out that the past had arrived a week earlier but nobody cared to call to let me know. I scheduled the service again and was met by same unprofessional staff. The dealer offers car washes for all services, but I did not get one with the excuse that “customer rejected car wash”. I was never asked for a car wash… Please take your business elsewhere, I found that Acura dealers all around treat customers without courtesy. Honda dealers do a much better job at that. More

Took my car in and AFTER I was given the car back and told it was fully finished I got a call that a part that was on backorder had arrived. I made an appointment to get it installed. I came in and a yo told it was fully finished I got a call that a part that was on backorder had arrived. I made an appointment to get it installed. I came in and a young man, who didn't bother to ask who I was, made believe he looked in the system and went to talk to a mechanic, came back and told me the part was installed in the car. I then told him the light for the AC was not working after they gave me back the car and he told me I had to pay them if I wanted them to look at it. I was so disgusted I walked out. I had been playing with the idea of replacing my car with another RDX or Lexus. I think I just made up my mind... Lexus it is! More
