From securing a rental car, to fixing the recall, and also coordinating other service due (inspection, oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades, etc.), the entire process was stress free. I dealt with Rex and Jim on this service, but I have also dealt with Wayne at other times. All are very professional, very personable, very knowledgeable, and genuinely want to help their customers.
