I have had my 2006 Acura RL less than a year, and every time I have brought the car in for service, the men in the office explained every question I had, several times bringing me out to the car to show me time I have brought the car in for service, the men in the office explained every question I had, several times bringing me out to the car to show me features. This last visit on Mon. 3/22 was for an oil change and inspection. Every line of the bill was explained both before and after work was performed. I have been extremely pleased so far with the courtesy, friendliness, and it would seem, expert mechanics and office staff to whom I entrust my car. More

My Service was above and beyond my expectations. I pulled up to the garage doors which opened for me to drive my car right indoors. I was immediately met by a service representative who sat down with pulled up to the garage doors which opened for me to drive my car right indoors. I was immediately met by a service representative who sat down with me and went over what would be covered in the PA State Inspection. He also informed me there would be no charge. As an extra plus, he also informed me that the vehicle would be washed and vacuumed. What a great treat! I then was offered to sit in the waiting area where I was offered to help myself to coffee, tea, juice or water. There was an array of newspapers, magazines and a big screen television to pass the time. When my vehicle was finished, the representative came to the waiting area to inform me. I then sat down with the representative as he went over all the details and findings of the service. Then, on top of my great experience so far, I was informed that since my vehicle was purchased from this dealer, that there was no charge. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Lehigh Valley Acura. More
Service at this dealership has been great. I have shown up twice with emergency issues and they immediately addressed the problems and got me back on the road sooner than I could have expected. Way too many electrical (handsfree link, mirror actuators, seat memory, interior lighting failures) and fit & finish quality (mirror silvering, rattles & squeaks) issues for a luxary car. More
I have dealt with Toyota, Nissan, Mazda and Lexus dealerships and this Acura dealer is the best by far. The appointments are to my schedule, the help is friendly,knowledgable and professional. The work is performed in a timely manor as I usually wait on site. This dealer location is not in the most convenient place for me. And probably the most impressive thing to me is the prices are reasonable. I sure hope they don't start selling flushes as the Toyota dealer started doing. To see how that Toyota dealer was taking advantage of customers, mostly women, was an embarrasment to me as I sat in the waiting area. My other car is presently a Lexus. More
Obviously I like Acura automobiles since I own both an 2007 MDX and 2008 RDX. The few times I had to take my Acura's in to Lehigh Valley Acura for service have been very positive experiences. The service advisors are very friendly and treat you as a valued customer. The service work is always done right the first time and the quality of work is excellent. Before starting my career as an electrical engineer, I worked many years on repairing and maintaining automobiles with my father. Up until about 10 years ago I did all my own maintenance on my cars. I'm probably in the small group of Acura owners who actually checks and understands the work that was done on my car at the dealership. In all cases I have been pleased with the service I've seen from Lehigh Valley Acura. Unlike my previous experience with an another make Japanese luxury car company, I've never had to go back with problems caused by the service department. Good job Lehigh Valley Acura! More
I recently stopped in at the service area to have my wind shield wipers repaired after they stopped working after the big snow storm. While I was waiting Mustafa walked by and said hello although he was obviously quite busy. I actually commented to my colleagues in my office and my family that the service department at the Honda/Acura dealerships has consistently exceeded my expectations. I actually have had some of my patients discuss the outstanding service they receive at your dealership during their appointments with me. I currently own 3 Honda/Acura products for myself and my family. With such good products and great service it would be hard to switch. I am usually suspect of dealership service as being overly pricey. This is especially true as my cars go past 100,000 miles. I have serviced my car at Lehigh Valley Acura since I purchased it in 2006 overly pricey. This is especially true as my cars go past 100,000 miles. Even as my car is now beyond the point I usually switch to my local garage mechanic (100,00 miles), I still keep bringing my car in for service here. The staff is great and the service costs are reasonable. More
I wanted to let you know that your Acura service department is excellent. The staff and crew are absolutely second to none in my book. Easily two, three times better than any other group I've worked with over the years. For example, I needed to come in three (3) times this week for small fixes, each important, and you squeezed me in even though I had no appointment. In each case, I needed to wait for the vehicle, and it was done in 1/2 hour or less. Historically, your staff provides an 'old fashioned' customer service approach generally unmatched in today's increasingly hurried world. Congratulations to you and your organization! PS - If you pass this note along, do NOT forget all of the guys on the shop floor! Your excellent front-end customer experience would mean nothing without the work being done correctly the first time, every time. More
