Great Experience I took my Honda FIT in to have a recall fixed and the Service Advisor, John Giglio, made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning. The proces I took my Honda FIT in to have a recall fixed and the Service Advisor, John Giglio, made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning. The process took slightly longer than expected, but, again, John came over and explained exactly what was happening, and apologized for the delay, which made me feel at ease, again. He also saved me another trip by letting me know that my inspection could be done within a three month window, so he took care of that as well. Overall, my service visit was a great experience. Always a good experience I used to do all of my own service but decided to let Lehigh Valley Honda take over that task in 2012 when we bought a new car from them. The cost is fair and they don't try and railroad you into things you don't need. I've used both the express & regular service. Both parts of the operation are professional & accommodating. The workmanship of both is top notch and they're efficient in doing the work. I'd be hard pressed to think of a better service experience & recommend them to all my Honda owning friends! More
