Really great experience overall. Our salesman Michael, and manager Rene, were both a pleasure to work with. Michael listened to our needs and did his best to meet them. However, we sat and waited for hours in the lobby for an available finance guy. We got there around 3:30 and left at 7pm. Not fun. However Michael stayed with us and kept us up to date with exactly what was going on at all times.
