I recently posted that I was upset about my trade in with a new truck purchase. I received a call from the general manager concerning my posting and we had a very productive conversation during which she exp a new truck purchase. We both cleared the air around the trade in issue and I feel the need to clarify an important issue. I was never dissatisfied with any of my interactions with the staff at Leif Johnson. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional throughout my experience with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Drew, Jeff, or Wesley in the future. I particularly appreciate the follow up phone call I got. I believe that speaks well of an organization that’s willing to own it and explain it when it comes to customer care. More
