The no haggle, take it or leave it pricing strategy and the actual delivery of the van are two things u liked about the transaction. However, the financing was not a good experience. No chance to correct it. I finally decided to just write a check for the van. After that it took about two weeks for the check to clear my bank, and now it has been a month or more and I have no title or plates yet. The people at the dealership were very nice and the transaction was fast; no issue with the staff. Then I got an email about a recall, replied over a week ago, and have not heard from anyone…. what’s up with that? More

Andres was an excellent help with the whole sales process. The dealership needs more lighting in the parking area.
