Ryan in Finance was great, no pressure, and did a nice job explaining warranty options. I appreciated the fact I could do a lot of the paperwork online which sped things up dramatically when closing at the dealership. They went above and beyond to deliver the truck once payment went through (it was over the weekend, not a business day for my bank) so I didn't have to come back in to the dealership. All in all a pretty smooth car buying experience. It definitely helps to have an idea of what you want, but also being open to help from a knowledgeable sales person. More
