Everything a luxury car-buying experience should be I was keen—but not entirely sold—on buying the Volvo XC40 and don't know how I chose Leikin among the three dealerships in Cleveland. Very happy I did I was keen—but not entirely sold—on buying the Volvo XC40 and don't know how I chose Leikin among the three dealerships in Cleveland. Very happy I did. The entire sales experience from start to finish was highly professional. As a woman, I appreciated that my sales associate Brian was gender-blind and meet me squarely at my knowledge level. He listened carefully, was very benefit-oriented in his explanation of features, and took me through the car extensively. By getting so granular in terms of what I might need and use, I became convinced that this was the car for me. The dealerlship was very flexible in getting me the exact car I wanted, and actually delivered it two months early. The financing was simple and easily understood (something that I cannot say when we bought our Subaru!). And once the car arrived, Brian spent two hours running me and my husband through the major features we would need immediately. (Leikin gives you another hour of follow-up after you've driven it for a month to review any questions/additional features.) I've driven a Lexus for years, and the Volvo experience at Leikin definitely exceeded anything I've had before. More
