Charles is one of those rare people in sales that actually knows the product he’s selling, and is enthusiastic about demonstrating the vehicle’s luxury options. No hard sell, his cars speak for themselves. When Glenn sensed my concern over a minor cosmetic issue on the car, he did not hesitate to make it right, seeing to everything from ordering the part, the install, and flatbed delivery to my home two hours from the dealership. Glenn was not only accommodating, but he was a great communicator, providing me with his cell number and answering the phone whenever I called, even after the sale was completed and the car was delivered. I am grateful to have met and worked with both Charles and Glenn. I plan to shop future vehicles at Leith Alfa Romeo in Raleigh. More

His interactions with us showed absolutely no pressure to buy or commit to the sale. He knew the technologies of the cars and explained them well to us. We live out of town and it was late when we finished our paperwork for buying two used cars. Charles led us to a gas station where he fueled up both our personal car and one car we purchased, and then bought us dinner for the road, making sure we knew the way to the interstate going home. We also received two bottles of Prosecco as gifts. Charles also followed up the next day to check up on us to make sure we arrived home safely. He also was very responsive to another question I emailed him about and responded the same day. Charles went above and beyond to take care of us from our test drives to purchase to safely leaving town with gas and food. How special we felt! The two used vehicles we purchased both had very reasonable pricing, especially considering used cars are at premium. My husband's car was beautifully cleaned and ready for him to drive home very soon after the paperwork was completed. My car wasn't able to be ready due to some minor work, it will be delivered shortly. Buying cars at a dealership has always made me nervous, but this experience was the exception. Genuine, honest, and caring personnel with excellent products made it a wonderful and gratifying experience. More

This dealership is one of the best I have ever dealt with, and that's saying something since I've owned many different brands. Second, from my initial inquiry to when I traveled to NC to get the new vehicle, it only took three weeks (talk about efficiency). Third, the sales manager (Glenn) was transparent with me while we negotiated the price (I didn't feel gouged). Fourth, Glenn himself picked me up at the Raleigh-Durham airport and drove me to the dealership where he handed me over to Clare V. (Sales Consultant) without any delay. But these pale in comparison to the superb customer service Clare provided me. From swiftly processing all the necessary paperwork, to walking me through the technology and other features of the car, and even installing the temporary license plate, she ensured that I had a wonderful experience. As I was pulling away from the dealership, I felt a sense of joy. I also appreciated Clare's after-sales follow-up. This showed me that she is a consummate professional, and Leith Alfa Romeo of Raleigh values its relationships, even if the buyer is from another state. More
