My purchase of a 2017 CRV I didn’t realize that a Sunday afternoon was going to be that busy. But after a short 15min wait, Salesperson Jerome Johnson stepped in and walk both I didn’t realize that a Sunday afternoon was going to be that busy. Worried and shocked! It is very disappointing and terrifying at the same time! Knowing that our 2017 CR-V Honda has a brake safety issue! among other continuous issues lik It is very disappointing and terrifying at the same time! Knowing that our 2017 CR-V Honda has a brake safety issue! among other continuous issues like; electrical, audio, navigation and A/C problems since three months of our purchase. On 8/14/19 our CR-V had it’s 3rd software update. After 40 minutes of leaving the Honda Autopark. My audio/navigation began having the same issues. 3 minutes later our CR-V abruptly did a hard brake on its own! my son and I were jolted forward and back to our seats. Then it began driving on its own! No Cars were in front of me or at my side. But there was a car behind me and they had to do a hard break as well. Called Autopark Honda and I explained the situation and dropped of the car on 8/15/19. My husband and I showed up today and they said that since they couldn’t duplicate the issue. Their solution...was to take the car home and wait for it to happen again! Meaning, put my life and my family’s and others life in danger! How can Honda even suggest or consider a thing! I am terrified and terror-stricken knowing that my CR-V can be responsible for someone’s safety or life! When we voiced our opinion at that point, their other solution was to get us to exchange our car and get a new CR-V or another car. But the catch was we had to start another 6 years loan of $32,000.00 and a higher monthly PMT. Our $14,000.00 that we have invested will be lost!!! So, tomorrow 8/20/19 I will be picking up my car and putting my family and other innocent peoples life in danger! They recognized that it was a faulty car from the beginning. They keep wasting our time with updates, softwares, hard resets, new battery and repeat for two years! Expiring the lemon law time frame! Thank you Honda! More

Calvin did a,good satisfing my needs. I had the car on for an oil change and car wash like i have had many times since I bought the car at this dealership almost 5 years ago. I amazes me that you car get an oil change and a car wash and have marks down the side of the car from the oil hoses. This has happened at least 8 out of 10 times I have had the oil changed. Notified the service manager does not help. More
