My salesman was Calvin Ng. From the very start he was polite, professional, and not pushy like most car salesman. During the test drive he was honest and said he didn't really know much about this truck since he primarily sells Hondas but read off everything the dealership did to get the truck prepped to sell. I really appreciated that he did not try to act like he knew about the truck. The whole process was smooth and he took great care to make sure all of my needs were taken care of. This was honestly the best sales experience I have ever had. I would recommend anyone shopping at Autopark Honda to ask for Calvin to be your salesman!!! More

You are not number one in N.C. if you are no 1 then you can easily give a better pricing then other dealer in N.C. but you cannot. Glenn is the worst manager he was shouting and throwing his arms around because he cannot compete the price with other dealers. You cannot shout on the customers if you cannot bargain. I have to give 1 Star unfortunately but it not even 1 Star from me. It a zero rating for you guys THE WORST DEALER IN RALEIGH/CARY AREA More

The disappointing lack of professionalism from the sales person and sales manager leads me to believe they are actually trying to pull a bait & switch and are truly dishonest. The service department has a terrible reputation, so why buy a car from this dealership if the supposed free oil changes/loaner cars are never available on a timely basis? Very negative experience and terrible for the Honda brand. More
