Awesome experience! My husband was able to start conversations with the GM before we even walked through the door. We were trading two cars in for a new Honda Pilot and when we arrived, everything had been worked out to where we essentially just needed to decide on the model and color we were going with. Shawn was the sales rep assigned to us and he was ready with keys to the cars he was going to show us and we were immediately able to start looking. The buying process went extremely well and Johanna was great to work with for financing. It truly was a "no hassle, no gimmicks" experience. More

Great car buying experience I was interested in a car that would offer superior gas mileage for my long commute while still being comfortable for the times my 5"11" teenage son m I was interested in a car that would offer superior gas mileage for my long commute while still being comfortable for the times my 5"11" teenage son must ride along in the back seat. After much research, I settled on a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid. Auto Park Honda offered a fantastic price through their Internet department, and I was paired with Barbara once I came into the dealership. Barbara made the test drive perfectly pleasant, and she held the car with a small deposit so I could bring in my trade. When our trade in was rear-ended on the way in the next day (how's that for luck), Barbara rolled with it and made sure we were able to get into the car at a price I was happy with as we work through the insurance issues with the other vehicle. Barbara was flexible, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I will absolutely buy another car from her in the future. I was apprehensive of the finance part of the deal since that can often be where the pushiness gets ramped up in the auto buying process. Not so here--Vinnie shared options with us, but didn't push us to make choices we were not comfortable with as I've experienced at other dealerships. Overall, my experience with Auto Park Honda was a 10 out of 10. More
