Barbara was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, explaining and demonstrating all the safety electronics and other vehicle features. She answered every question my wife and I had concerning the vehicle and purchasing process. She courteous, personable and a real pleasure to work with. And, there were no last minute surprises. The end result was that I got the vehicle I wanted and at a cost I think most satisfactory. Barbara gave outstanding service, both my wife and I say Barbara exceeded what we had expected for a car buying experience. Quick, Helpful, and Painless I had the pleasure of working with Mark Williams with my first car purchase of my own, after coming from another Honda dealership in the area that was I had the pleasure of working with Mark Williams with my first car purchase of my own, after coming from another Honda dealership in the area that was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. He first apologized for the unprofessional behavior of the dealership, then quickly answered my questions about a Honda Civic Hatch with Sensing. Although there were none of the color that I wanted, he gave me the option to order it and told us the dates that I could receive that car on the lot.. something that the previous dealership did not. (They simply said that they did not have that color and there was nothing to do about it). Within a few minutes, I was able to purchase my first brand new car. Mark has gone the extra mile to make sure that I am happy with my purchase and know all of the perks that come with buying a new Honda. He was always accessible to me when I had questions.
