He made the buying process feel like a great conversation, not a chore, and had everything prepared for our appointment (and going above and beyond such as putting the car in the breezeway on a rainy day). The only minor concern I had is that the sale process took about 2.5 hours, a little longer than I expected. However, I would recommend this dealer, and Don especially, for your next car buying opportunity. More

Great experience purchasing a new car!! I recently visited Autopark Honda to look at trading my 2008 Honda Accord in for a newer car. I was originally looking at 2 or 3 year old Accord's on I recently visited Autopark Honda to look at trading my 2008 Honda Accord in for a newer car. I was originally looking at 2 or 3 year old Accord's online and a Civic never crossed my mind. My daughter and I pull up to the dealership we get out and I say who wants to help me trade this car in for a newer one.....Garry Rawlins was next in line to help a customer out and we couldn't be more happy to have him as our salesman. I arrived with my 14 year old daughter after her soccer game. Needless to say Garry helped speed the process along in financing my 2017 Honda Civic as he could tell how irritated and bored my 14 year old was I'm guessing she thought buying a new or newer car is like going to the grocery store :) Garry showed us a few Civic's that we test drove. We chose the black Civic with black interior and couldn't be happier. I got a great price and interest rate. Autopark Honda gave me free oil changes for the life of the vehicle and also added an additional 60,000 mile warranty to my new car for piece of mind in the future.
