I normally hate speaking to car sales people, and I don't even visit a car lot during business hours. I was looking at a new Civic hatchback and decided to go by and have a look. I was greeted by Julianne Sloan, and within a couple of minutes, my apprehension was gone and it actually felt good to be shopping for cars. Julianne was very knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. I don't normally do reviews, but she was truly the difference in my car buying experience. She went above and beyond, and I never felt pressured. By the way, the rest of the staff were great too, I just wanted to ensure Julianne Sloan gets the recognition she deserves. I'd recommend anyone buy from her! More

Civic EX-T on 10/25 Dear General Manager, Yesterday 10/26/2016, I had the pleasure to buy a new car from your dealership. This was my second visit, my first one I me Dear General Manager, Yesterday 10/26/2016, I had the pleasure to buy a new car from your dealership. This was my second visit, my first one I met Jim, Sales Manager, and spoke to him for a few minutes about my requirements for the car and left . Jim introduced Justin and he called me after 30 minutes and we sealed the deal over the phone. I didn't even look at the car or drove it, I had visited 2 other dealers and just wanted the best deal. I work in the Health Care industry specially in the customer service area. I must admit I was extremely impressed by Julianne, Sales. She wasn't just kind, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. This should be at least the minimum requirements for any sales person in any industry. I was really surprised to learned her age as well. I knew she was young but didn't expect a 20 year old so good at what she does. I wasn't doing anything near this at her age. Working with adults and making financial decisions is some how a very mature job. She was all around great!!. My situation was perhaps a bit usual since I had to return a rental next door at 6pm. John, Financial, was another person who exceeded my expectations. I kept apologizing for only giving him 20 minutes to do all the paperwork. John was very understanding and at 5:50pm Julianne drove the new car to enterprise and I returned the rental car. That's when we returned to the dealer to teach me all the tech the civic has. In 15 years I bought 3 cars from Honda/Chevy Boyd dealership. This time Autopark was no match for them, from the staff to the perks and the price you guys were so much better. I am really impressed by everyone at your store . I teach Customer Service at Duke and talk about the wow factor and how first impressions are a big deal. Your store was not only clean and decorated and staff well dressed but the staff was really friendly and helpful. Jim closed the deal by phone and Julianne was waiting for me at the door to greet me. Jim, Justine, Julianne and John...(must me the J) you all are stars in my new AutoPark Honda book. Thank you for making my buying experience a different one and a really nice one. I absolutely love my new civic and I said I will be back for my Ridgeline in 6 years. My 10 year old can't believe this civic would be his in a few years! Worst service, worst experience Took my 2011 Honda Pilot in for the takota recall, Friday Oct. 14, 2016. It was booked for early Saturday morning service (7:45am). I asked for an oi Took my 2011 Honda Pilot in for the takota recall, Friday Oct. 14, 2016. It was booked for early Saturday morning service (7:45am). I asked for an oil change and tire rotation, since the car would be on-site for service. I specifically asked for the power steering fluid to be refilled because it was well below the normal level. I was told that "all fluids will be topped off as part of our 55 point inspection". I couldn't make it by closing, so they arranged pick-up for Sunday. When i arrived, i immediately checked the ps fluid - the levels were the same as when i'd turned it in!! Hadn't been touched - cranked the car and the service light was still on showing service needed and an oil life at 5%. Obviously, no 55 point inspection had taken place. The oil looked fine, but how could i be sure it had been changed? I keep the car on a regular service schedule. Can i trust that the tacota air bag and tire rotation have also been done/replaced?? Takita airbags are killing people. If they'd been so lax at changing oil and topping off fluids (and how bout the tire rotation?) for the price of $68, how could I trust that a "no-charge" recall had been performed? The service dept was closed so i grabbed the sales manager to show him that i had bit received the complete oil change and service i'd paid for. He wasn't really interested and gave me the service managers number. I left - still needing ps fluid and with no real certainty that our family car was safe to drive. I took the car back in on Monday. This is now three days of dealing with a simple service job. Todd Stevens came out, popped the hood - looked at the power steering fluid and said "if it's THAT low there has to be a leak". Then he proceeded to tell me why they didn't top off the brake fluid which was also low. They took the car to the garage to inspect for any power steering leak. Came back, no leaks. "Bone dry" as one of the service advisors said. I've since asked another mechanic, and he said "power steering fluid does go down over time and should be topped off with regular maintenance." So that leads me to this conclusion: 1) since i've had my car serviced there, and without looking at my service records, i'd say at least the last three or four routine oil changes - the power steering and brake fluid HAVE NOT been "topped off" and 2) "All fluids topped off with our 55 point inspection" is a fraudulent claim. Three times in a row isn't an oversight. So after three days of dealing with this - and basically pulling teeth to get what i paid for - how was it resolved? Not with a handshake from Todd Stevens, nor a discount off of that or any future service. I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all. If you are so inclined to give them your money, be sure to check behind them and have plenty of time at your disposal. More
