She listened to me and what I was looking for, and after a week of test driving several cars, she found the perfect one for me! She did not rush me at all. She gave me a great deal on a 2016 Honda Accord and I love it!!! She felt like a friend by the time we got to the sale. Glenn Gill was great too! He processed the loan and explained the warranty options, without pressuring us. The guys who detailed my car did a wonderful job as well! Great Buying Experience with no Pressure I initially met Brian Fabricatore in the showroom and explained I was just there to look and get the feel of the CR-V. He was accommodating and expla I initially met Brian Fabricatore in the showroom and explained I was just there to look and get the feel of the CR-V. He was accommodating and explained the features of the auto and answered my questions. I explained to him I was not ready to test drive as I wanted to check out a couple of other models (Toyota, Ford and Nissan). He was fine with that and did not pressure me in any way. After putting hands on the other options and driving them, I decided the Honda was what I wanted. Going back to Brian, we completed the deal with little "haggling" and I believe I got a adequate deal. He walked me through the intricacies of the various systems and helped me feel comfortable with the new car. He got the car ready and I was able to drive it off the lot the same day.
