Never did I get the impression that the interests of the dealership were a priority over my satisfaction. I needed to downgrade my Honda due to retirement by trading-in for a lease vehicle. Shaun listened, gave me options, and ultimately exceeded my expectations. You cannot train for this type of compassion and empathy - it is intuitive. More

I have enquired and got the quotation from Jeff Johnson(internet sales) and after fin I had best experience with auto park honda and their employees. I have enquired and got the quotation from Jeff Johnson(internet sales) and after finalizing the price , he gave appointment with sales team. I have visited dealership and met Garry and he assigned Maria. From that time it is very simple and transparent. it was the price that is finalized and no extra hidden charges and Maria explained me all the process. I met finance dept finally and there is no hard selling. He explined me all the options and they valued my choice rather than doing hard marketing and selling stuff.
