Very dissatisfied I dropped my vehicle to get a recall service done, at the same time I requested for an annual inspection. Then I got a call saying the inspection didn’t pass, because of the catalytic converter issues. Service manager says we have one in stock for $850 and asked if I want get it replaced today??, I was shocked since I had servicing done a couple weeks ago at another place. Next day I took my vehicle to a Jiffy lube and inspection was done without an issue. I was disappointed that service guy tried to rip-off blatantly. More
