No one immediately greeted me, I waited inside the service bay surrounded by people just standing there. The first time I went, the man who helped me complained and was pissed off the whole time bc his work load was heavy and stopping to help me was inconvenient and someone else should have done it. The next time I came in, one guy kept staring at me and 3 minutes of this he finally asked me if I had been helped, knowing I hadn't. I even had an appointment time to arrive! After service was finished and we got the car home, my husband found two decent sized bolts and nuts on the driver's side floor. Considering that my airbag was being replaced, that makes me extremely nervous and I question that the mechanics have any sort of eye for detail. Which is kind of important in their job field. This wasn't a simple oil change. We are new to the area, leaving behind an incredible Honda dealership in our hometown. We have high expectations and AutoPark fell short in every way! When it comes time to buy a new car, it won't be here. I may have just been a Honda recall service appointment but it was a great time to leave a good impression in order to gain a future customer, they did not. More

My salesperson Barbara Yarber is knowledgeable and most importantly honest and committed to her customer. I had no problem asking her opinion of various options and feeling very comfortable that her recommendations were in my best interest. Following my auto purchase as I was leaving the dealership parking lot (still in the lot) an individual backed into the side of my brand new car. I was devastated as they towed my car away. After some discussions with the dealership personnel the general manager made the decision to replace the car and the dealership would take responsibility for the crashed brand new car. I am so appreciative for the level of commitment to customer satisfaction by all of the employees starting at the very top. More
A Great All-Around Dealership! Our purchasing experience at Autopark Honda was phenomenal. We had originally visited to test-drive the 2016 Pilot and met at that time with Garry. Our purchasing experience at Autopark Honda was phenomenal. We had originally visited to test-drive the 2016 Pilot and met at that time with Garry. He was not at all pushy and spent time answering every question we had. When we arrived a few weeks later to purchase, he was unfortunately busy, but left us in the more-than-capable hands of Carly. She was also extremely helpful and had a wonderful personality that made the process enjoyable. Carly was very honest and forthcoming during the price negotiations. Once that was completed, we met with John to discuss Finances. He walked us through each option in thorough detail and was very good at simultaneously entertaining our young children. Although the Pilot we had requested was not on the lot, the Autopark team worked tirelessly to get it from another dealer in only three days time. I couldn't recommend this dealership or personnel more. They work hard to make the car-buying experience enjoyable and gratifying. More
