This was our first trip ever to Autopark, having learned about your reputation from friends and the internet. We have never owned a Honda before now, but absolutely loved our neighbor’s new CRV, loved the way it looks and drives. Mr. Jacobson met us at the door, showed us around, answered all of our questions with patience and humor. He was very patient with us, and it was obvious that he was being straight up and truthful when answering our questions. Buying a new car can be a daunting experience with all of the choices and options. We focused on the EX model and ended up buying the EX-L model, not because we were pushed into it, but because Alexander made us feel comfortable learning about the differences. When it came time to talk numbers he was very forthcoming and honest. He made this entire process enjoyable, and stayed with us from the first introduction all the way to the Simonize process a few days later. He is a very valuable asset to your company, and we will definitely recommend him to others without hesitation. More

New car! I showed up already knowing what car I wanted, and Brent Mikell was there for us as soon as we got to the dealership. We compared the accord to the camry and then realized we wanted a compact SUV instead so we compared the CR-V to the RAV 4. Overall we simply preferred the honda of both options for a few reasons. Auto park offers a few great advantages for new purchases that other dealerships do not. My favorites being the free oil changes and loaner vehicles for the life of the car. Additionally, the customer service provided by James was hands down my favorite encounter with a car salesman ever. He does a great job to help you get what you're looking for without being too pushy (something that I experienced at Hendrick's). I would highly recommend this dealership and James if you are interested in a Honda. More
