I started with an online associate who responded almost immediately and with knowledge, no fishing or repeating questions. Then, to sales and finance. From the moment we stepped into the door, we were greeted with a friendly smile and helpful person to guide us to the right person. The transaction was effortless on my part, (I completed the online application for pre-approval). Mark was very professional and knowledgeable, very kind and not overpowering at all. Objective : Buy a Used Honda Car and drive out with it on Sunday (01-May) Characters : Customer (along with family) .. + receptionist + Mark Willia Objective : Buy a Used Honda Car and drive out with it on Sunday (01-May) Characters : Customer (along with family) .. + receptionist + Mark Williams (Sales) 1300 Hrs ET : Reported at reception and requested sales assistance for buying used cars. Courteous reply ... "We are understaffed on Sunday's please wait" . 13:30 HRS ET : No sign of anyone... kinds are already downing the second hot choc, and another 3 Customers waiting for sales reps ... 13:45 HRS ET : One Sales lady comes in and directly latches on to a customer who has just walked in 2 mins back... rest of the customers waiting for 30 mins plus are just gaping at each other... and the receptionist does not lift a pinky ! .. We all complain... nothing happens...still.. So far is the general experience anyone must be ready to take,... from now on.. its just my personal experience with the Sales Rep who assisted me... Mark Williams! With all the lack of patientce.. i laid it out pretty blunt in front of Mark what I wanted. He was sharp ..listened.. .no nonsense .. fairy tales.. and directly went to pros and cons... of each car. Decision done in probably 30 mins .. and sealed after 45 mins (including a test drive). Rest of process was smooth! Believe me ... had it not been for Mark and his gentlemanly behavior... no way for the 5 stars.... he gas gained 7 stars from me... which makes the dealership an average of 5. Recommend to seek out Mark for all your interests in this dealership. And almost forgot to mention the effervescent Glen.. who can still add value at the lat minute.
