He was very professional and understood our need to find the right used car at a good price. Respectful and without any pressure. This was a great experience for us. Having purchased 30+ cars in our days we were impressed with the dealership as well as the salesperson. We were able to get a good price and did not have to spend time and efforts going to other dealers since AutoPark Honda matched theater dealers internet prices for similar used cars. We highly recommend giving this dealership a try for a car purchase. More

Prior to this sale, I had purchased a Honda Accord few years back and I'm glad I went back to Allen for this deal. The trade in was smooth and very quick - in fact it was at least 10 times faster and better deal than what other dealers spent in deciding on the trade in value. This dealership does not treat it's customers with respect! I am a loyal Honda owner. The two vehicles that I have chosen to drive have both been Honda's. I went in yesterday (11/15/15) to test drive the CR-V. I am a loyal Honda owner. The two vehicles that I have chosen to drive have both been Honda's. I went in yesterday (11/15/15) to test drive the CR-V. I dealt with Jada who was very nice. She took me out on the test drive and all went well. I was not in a hurry to buy. I figured if I was able to get a good deal I might be willing to move forward. So we sat down to talk numbers. Jada asked what I wanted to pay. I said $20,000 to 21,000. She asked I was honest knowing I would most likely not get that price. She sent the info to the financial person in the back. He came back with a $1000 mark down. All well and good but it wasn't enough to sell me. So she said let me go get him... That's when everything went down hill. I can't remember his name but he was a younger male with braces. The first thing he did was shake my boyfriends hand before my own even though it was clear I was the one purchasing the car. I would have let that go if he was a pleasant individual but he was cocky and rude with everything he said. Had he simply said we can't give that car to you for that price but here is what we can do that would have been fine. He started by lecturing me about what a Honda was... I know what a Honda is I've owned Honda's for the past 12 years. Then he said if I was shopping for a Lexus that a $7000 discount would be considered a reasonable offer but I Honda wasn't worth that (yes he badmouthed the car) So at that point I said ok well the price point you have is too much for me to pay I'll have to rethink things. He then said well maybe you should look at something you can afford, but this won't be in your price point. I took offense to this. Again had he simply said we can't sell this car at this price and tried to work with me for a better deal then what they currently were offering they might have had a sell. But he continued to lecture me and was condescending in everything he said. Without using the word he basically was saying I was ridiculous. What he didn't know was I had $23,000 to be used toward the car of my choice. I left the dealership extremely upset! I have never been treated so poorly by a sales person! I slept on this situation thinking maybe I am over reacting, but I woke up still steaming over the way I was treated there. I purchased my last car from Auto park Honda in 2011 and I don't think I will ever go back, because no one should be made to feel how I felt when I left that showroom. I will make sure others know about my experience yesterday. ***Update*** I spoke w/ Carl Salyer who is part of the management team. He called and apologized for what happened. He asked that I give the dealership a second chance. I appreciated his phone call and said I would put this update on this site so others know that he tried to rectify the situation. More
