I've been a loyal customer for more than twenty years and that alone should speak for itself. There are three main reasons that I've given my loyalty to Auto Park Honda. 1.) The sales team and the training they receive to better serve their customers as far as I am concerned is second to none. My experience Calvin NG, the sales rep that I purchased my car from was as good as it can get. He was very competent & attentive during the process. He made eye contact with me, used my name, leaned forward & listened to what I had to say and then responded appropriately, was knowledgeable about the product he was selling, gave complete and accurate answers to any questions I had, if he didn’t know the answer he would tell me that he didn’t know and would research it and get back to me with a correct answer. Not just guess. 2.) Auto Park Honda’s prices are as competitive if not better than anyplace else. 3.) The service department backs up what they sell & you can thank Kevin Mills for that. He oversees the Auto Park Honda service team & he is the guy that I’ve been dealing with for over twenty years and the reason that I continue to be a loyal customer to Auto Park Honda. Only twice in the twenty years since I’ve been a customer I’ve had an unsatisfactory issue with service and when I brought it to Kevin’s attention he immediately stopped whatever it was he was doing and solved my problem to my satisfaction before I left the building.
