Great service and great waiting area! Mark was easy to work with and exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the pre-visit email with a reminder and a contact if their were pre-visit pro Mark was easy to work with and exceeded my expectations. Every response i got was a "NO" I have never had good experience with dealerships around Apex NC but since it was closer to where i live, decided to give this dealership a chance. Fi I have never had good experience with dealerships around Apex NC but since it was closer to where i live, decided to give this dealership a chance. First i had an approval from Capital one already so i pretty much knew what was my monthly payment and APR when i went to the dealership and picked the car which by the way it was not the color i wanted but gave me ok deal i decided to move forward after numerous emails back and forth with the salesmen i finally went in to make the purchase. They brought the approval from the bank and told me the APR was higher than what i told them, the salesmen kept insisting that i was wrong and that my letter was just a pre approval while i was there i called the bank and they confirmed the same information i had. So i told the salesmen and kept saying that it was just a preaproval and that i needed to bring a blank check. After a while i got frustrated and i could see the same from the salesmen, he kept asking me for additional paperwork while i kept telling them that the papet i had was all they needed. So after almost 2 hours i left frustrated when i was driving i got a text from the salesmen saying they had got a fax from the bank saying that the APR i was quoted was correct. So after spendig 2 hours in there trying to tell them how the bank worked i was upset. So after i reply with a few questions could you reduce the price of the car? No Since the color is not on stock could you give me an option for the same price? No So after spending much time telling them that i was correct on the information i got. I didnt get an apology or something to work a deal. It seems that at the end they just dont want to earn my business. More

Jae Kim is the Best This was my second purchase of a Honda Accord Touring in the last 2 years. I had a 2013 and then came in and purchased a 2015 Honda Accord Touring. Jae Kim is a master at customer service and will take the time to explain anything you need to know about the car. He is very well versed about his products and you can tell he enjoys working with people. I would highly recommend Jae Kim to anyone. He is the Best of the Best.
