Excellent Customer Experience in Service Department I had a pesky issue with my windshield. I did not notice the problem until the car had about 8k miles on it, at that time I brought it to the attentio I had a pesky issue with my windshield. It was one of those iffy issues, as to whether the dealer had responsibly to correct. As a result, I had a conversation with Danny Williams (OBTH he DOES answer his mobile phone) concerning my problem. He put me in touch with Kevin and subsequently I received a call from Todd Stephens, the Service Manager. Todd had me schedule a day to come in to have the windshield replaced, at no cost to me. No haggling at all and the job was done in one day. I want to thank Danny, Kevin and Todd for the outstanding service. This is our 2nd Honda from Autopark and I would recommend them to all my friends, for car buying and service. Thanks Guys... More

The dealership was mobbed with people, but Brent took the time show us multiple models and went for a test drive knowing that we were not going to buy that day. Brent followed up with us throughout the month. We came back to purchase the CR-V from Auto Park Honda because of Brent's professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle.
