Great dealer but still a dealer. Just bought a 2015 accord. They had what I wanted in stock and they gave me a great price. I did not enjoy the high pressure sales environment when we met with the financial officer. The whole process could have taken less than two hours if I did not have to repeatedly say no to all of the add ons and options. I knew what I could spend and that should have been the end of it. She was just doing her job and it is a dealer after all so overall five stars. Thanks! More

Great Sales person , good customer Experience I have been looking for Compact SUV for a while and i considered three models CRV, ROGUE, CX5. After test driving all three i zeroed in on CRV and ROG I have been looking for Compact SUV for a while and i considered three models CRV, ROGUE, CX5. After test driving all three i zeroed in on CRV and ROGUE. I contacted AutoPark Honda and South Point Crown Honda. The sales person at South Point doesn't have much idea about the features of new CRV. When i met John , Escano at Autopark honda, he gave a detailed demonstration of all the new features of CRV . I got a better quotation from Fayatville and i asked John whether he can match the number i had in mind. John was reasonable enough to explain why he cant match that amount and he gave me the lowest quotation of all dealers in CARY, Durham area. I told i cant agree for his quotation and left the place as i am not desperate for the new Vehicle. After a week, i changed my mind of not to pursue with Fayatville guys even thought they quoted less as its 60 miles away. Ii sent a mail to John asking whether he is interested to match a price in between. I got a reply from his Boss instead that they cant match their own quotation . I said fine and i decided not to pursue anymore with CRV itself. But John was on vacation and once he came back, he got back to me and he explained that there is a new lot of vehicles coming and he is ready to match the quote. If i am buying CRV from AutoPark, it would be just because of John and his proactive nature of explaining everything in detail. Auto Park gives Free Oil change for life but it would be really great if they can give a cae wash facility when ever we go for Service. More
